In summer, on the castle terrace, the morning begins in a calm and enjoyable way. Breakfast is carefully prepared and offers guests — also from outside — a relaxed start to the day. On Sundays, a rich and cosy brunch is served, perfect for long conversations and leisurely hours at the castle.

In the bistro, we serve small delicacies every day, ideal for a relaxed lunch break or a cozy coffee with cake in the afternoon. When the weather is nice, our castle terrace also invites you to linger.

Gasthaus
Seit 1844
At the Gasthaus Storchen, traditional home-style dishes with a regional focus are at the heart of the experience. In the “Beiz,” guests come together to eat and linger, while the “Säli” offers a quieter space for smaller groups. The Storchen Hall is suitable for rustic events with up to 100 guests. A selection of wines and castle-brewed beers accompanies the menu.
Open daily from 11:30 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 22:00 (hot kitchen until 21:00).
Brewery
Schlossbräu Original
A mildly hopped, golden lager beer, brewed with water from Schlossrued, naturally cloudy and unpasteurized. The “Original” is a favourite among many guests. Would you like to gain insight into the art of brewing? Our brewmaster will show you his craft in an engaging guided tour, ideally combined with a small aperitif.
